Who is the Advertising Graphic Designer ?
The Graphic Designer is a professional who invents, plans and executes the graphics and text for advertising messages. He applies the symbolic forms and text in a framework of interacting cultural values, and translates the advertising idea into a graphic project, with or without the aid of computer support.
The ever-growing importance of communication in contemporary society makes the graphic designer for advertising and illustration an eclectic figure, operating across different creative lines, and much in demand in the workplace.
A good graphic designer is able to analyze, conceive and develop both visual and verbal communication, managing to convey messages in the most direct and efficient way.

What will I learn by choosing this professional advertising graphics course ?
The course is divided into 3 independent parts, of increasing difficulty, which intertwine theory, design and practice alternately, thus maintaining a high threshold of attention, and ensuring a successful integration of what has been learned.
The advertising graphics course lasts 6 months, with a total of 240 hours spread over 2 lessons per week, making a total of 40 hours of lessons per month.
The First Part is dedicated to the theoretical basis of advertising graphics, learning Photoshop, and managing Raster graphics. Thanks to trans-disciplinary lessons and exercises, we’ll learn the analytical basis of visual communication, and you’ll take the first steps towards developing original ideas. From a technical point of view, we’ll work on photo editing, digital illustration, and paper and web graphics.
Software: Adobe Photoshop.
Duration: 80 hours.
The Second Part is dedicated to Adobe Illustrator and Vector graphics. You’ll learn the techniques to develop creative thinking, following some advertising graphics projects in all their phases, from the original idea to the realization. Logos, page layout and web graphics will all be explored, as well as the basis of actual campaigns.
Software: Adobe Illustrator.
Duration: 80 hours.
The Third Part is dedicated to Indesign, editorial layout, and the development of complex graphic drawings. Students will collaborate with each other, with the teacher, and with other professionals, creating real projects in the field of graphics, in order to deal with the main problems related to an actual working environment. The class will become a small graphics studio, which will support the development of real projects, the creation of a portfolio, and a personal project for each student.
Software: Adobe Indesign.
Duration: 80 hours

Entrance Requirements
To enter the course, in addition to the above, you’ll need a basic knowledge of computers ( Windows or Mac ) To enter a course that has already atarted, it’s best to have an introductory interview with a teacher. Possession of a computer with relevant applications is required.
