Standard Intensive 20h
Contains 4 group lessons of 55 minutes/day: 2 hours of grammar, 2 hours of conversation, reading, pronunciation, vocabulary, life skills (transportation, excursions, daily life, etc.), 20 hours per week.
Extra Intensive 20h + 5h
Contains 4 group lessons of 55 minutes plus 1 tutoring/day. It is our intensive 20h course combined with one extra private tuition hour per day.
Study Ancient Greek in Athens, the place where the greatest intellectuals of antiquity lived and taught.
Alexandria Institute offers accelerated group courses in Ancient Greek language and culture in Athens at basic, intermediate and advanced levels.
Students depending on their level, gain a thorough knowledge of the Greek language by practicing all learning skills: conversation, listening, reading / comprehension and writing. The course aligns the language with the Greek culture, since songs, poems, short films, Greek mythology, daily life, and social customs supplement the teaching material.
This course is available for everyone who has a knowledge of B1 level. Students have the chance to gain a deep insight into grammatical phenomena while reading a literary book.
The Summer Program lasts 12 weeks and includes:

Our language courses are a great opportunity for adults to learn or improve Greek, also meet new people from Greece and other countries and explore Greece!
Lessons are combined with an immersion in the atmosphere of ancient Greece through visits and excursions in places with archaeological interest.

This course is for all of them who have as priority to speak and communicate, who want to develop their social Greek skills , to enhance their ability to talk and they don`t actually prioritize writing and are not depended on learning the actual grammar. Contains 4 group lessons of 55 minutes/day.
